A week passed as Kangin breezed through his classes, today was the day he would see Leeteuk.
“Hurry up Heechul!” Kangin said.
“Yah, you try carrying my suitcase!”
“I’d rather not, besides why did you bring so much for a two day trip.”
“Beauty takes time and care my friend.” Heechul lugged his 40 pound luggage into the train.
“I’m shocked your arms haven’t fallen off yet.”
“Shut up.” Heechul stuck out his tongue.
They boarded the train and Kangin smiled to himself as he was going to see Leeteuk soon.
They had gotten off the train and taken a taxi to the village. He smiled as he could see the familiar green scenery come up as the car drove quickly.
“Man, it’s hot here. How did you survive?” Heechul fanned himself.
“My grandma’s lemonade.”
“Hope she can make some for us.”
The taxi stopped at the countryside and Kangin paid the driver as Heechul headed to the trunk to fight his luggage that was stuck in there.
“Kangin!” An old lady greeted.
“Gran.” Kangin said. His grandmother gave him a hug and peered over to see if Leeteuk was there. But he saw no one.
“Hi Mrs. Kim.” Heechul bowed formally.
“Ah, you must be Kim Heechul.”
“It’s hot here, would you like some lemonade?”
Heechul nodded vigorously and thanked God softly.
“Kangin would you like some lemonade?”
“Er…no thanks…say Gran…what happened to that boy that used to live here. I haven’t seen him yet.”
“Gran stayed silent and just coughed. “I better go get some more.” She hurried off and left Kangin’s question unanswered.
The stronger male took his belongings inside the house and unpacked in his old room.
“Thanks for helping.” Heechul complained as he dragged his suitcase in his room also.
“No problem, here you can sleep here and I’ll sleep on the couch.” Kangin offered.
“Thanks, well I’m going to go and take a look around.”
Heechul disappeared which was what Kangin had wanted. He secretly sneaked out and went to Leeteuk’s house and knocked on the door.
The old woman opened the door and widened her eyes. “Y-youngwoon…”
“Hi aunt, is Jungsu there?”
“N-no!” The woman attempted to close the door on Kangin, but a voice familiar to Kangin appeared.
“Umma, who is it?” The voice asked.
“Leeteuk it’s me!” Kangin said.
The boy tilted his head. “Leeteuk? Whose that?” His eyes then turned to look at Kangin.
The next words broke Kangin’s hearts into pieces.
“Who are you?”
